自拟通芪汤治疗原发性支气管肺癌104例

目的]观察自拟方通芪汤治疗原发性支气管肺癌的临床疗效。方法]将169例原发性支气管肺癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组104例,给予口服通芪汤治疗,对照组65例,给予口服消癌平片治疗,连服3个月后比较疗效。结果]治疗组治疗后,瘤体缓解率75.96%,临床症状改善率85.58%,对照组治疗后,瘤体缓解率66.15%,临床症状改善率75.38%,两组疗效比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论]自拟方通芪汤疗效显著,且无毒副作用。

Tongqi Decoction for Treatment of Primary Bronchial Lung Cancer 104 cases

Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of primary bronchogenic carcinoma Tongqi decoction.Methods] 169 cases of primary lung cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group,104 cases,given Tongqi decoction therapy treatment control group(65 cases),to give oral Xiao Ai Ping Pian treatment,and even service the comparative efficacy of three months after.Results] treatment group after treatment,tumor response rate of 75.96% clinical improvement rate of 85.58% in the control group,tumor response rate of 66.15% clinical improvement rate of 75.38%,the two groups,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion] Tongqi decoction significant effect,and non-toxic side effects.
