| 摘 要： | 目的 观察尿激酶(UK)超早期静脉溶栓治疗≥75岁的高龄脑梗死患者的疗效.方法 将60例急性脑梗死患者分为≥75岁的高龄组和＜75岁的对照组各30例,均采用尿激酶50万U缓慢静脉推注,并随后静滴UK25万U,总量≤150万U.对治疗前后患者的神经功能缺损进行评定.结果 2组患者临床症状均明显改善,2组之间无明显差异(P＞0. 05),治疗后并发症不随高龄增加而增多.结论 ≥75岁的高龄脑梗死患者应积极进行溶栓治疗,年龄不应作为高龄急性脑梗死患者是否进行溶栓治疗的标准.
