| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合疗法治疗儿童弱视的疗效。方法将196例269眼弱视患儿在传统屈光矫正加遮盖治疗的基础上予以氦氖激光、光栅、光刷、红闪、后像、精细训练及药物等综合疗法，观察治疗后最佳矫正视力提高的程度。结果基本痊愈216眼(80．29％)，进步43眼(15．98％)，有效率(96．27％)，屈光不正性和斜视性弱视疗效优于屈光参差性弱视。结论综合疗法可有效提高弱视的治愈率和有效率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of amblyopia treatment .Methods 196 cases (269amblyopia eyes) were under the treatment .Results 216 eyes got the normal vision acuity ; 43 eyes vision acuity were significantly improved, therefore the efficacy has been reached to 96.27% .Conclusion comprehensive treatment is the most effect way for the amblyopia children. |
