颅脑外伤后早期癫痫发作的相关因素分析及其与预后的关系

目的探讨颅脑外伤后早期癫痫发作的主要因素以及早期癫痫发作对病人预后的影响。方法回顾672例颅脑外伤患者的病例资料，从中筛选出发生早期癫痫的病例，分析早期癫痫的发作与多个临床因素的关系以及早期癫痫发作与预后的关系。结果颅脑外伤后早期癫痫的发作与患者年龄．脑挫裂伤、颅内血肿、外伤前是否酗酒等因素关系密切，发生早期癫痫的颅脑外伤病人死亡率较高。结论外伤前酗酒、双侧或一侧额颞叶脑挫裂伤伴硬膜下血肿、60岁以上高龄等为颅脑外伤后早期癫痫发作的高危因素：颅脑外伤后出现早期癫痫发作的病人预后较差。

Analysis of Epileptogenic Factors and Prognosis Relating to Early Epilepsy After Craniocerebral Injury

Objective To analyse the major epilcptogenic factors of early epilepsy among 672 patients with head injury and the relationship between early epilepsy and prognosis, Methods 76 cases who suffered early epilepsy were selected from 672 patients with head injury, the clinical factors and the prognosis that related to the onset of early epilepsy were analysed. Results The early onset of epilepsy was closely related to age, contusion and laceration of brain ,tntracranial hematoma and intemperance. The mortality was high in patients with early epileplyse after head injury. Conclusion Intemperance, bilateral or unilateral contusion and laceration of brain with subdural hematoma, over 60 years old are the major epileptogenic factors of early epilepsy, the prognosis is worse in patients with early epilepsy after head injury.
