| 摘 要： | 本文应用了系数倍率法消除了其它成分的干扰吸收,直接测定了甲硝唑含漱剂的含量。测定波长为315nm,参比波长为300nm,平均回收率为100.6%,相对标准偏差为1.15%。本法结果满意。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the determination of metronidazole in collutoria of metronidazole by signal multiplier spectrophotometry which eliminates the interferences of other ingredients. wave length was 315 nm,and that for the reference was 300 nm.The average recovery was 100.65% and the relative standard deviation was 1.15%.Therefore,the method is satisfactory |
