手术治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折24例

目的探讨手术治疗不稳定型骨盆骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院近年来收治的24例不稳定型骨盆骨折的患者的临床资料。结果24例不稳定型骨盆骨折的患者，手术时间1～8h，平均5．4h。术中出血150～1900ml，平均750ml，随访时间2—27个月，平均11个月。经手术治疗优13例，良9例，可2例，优良率91．67％。术后1例耻骨联合后及右侧髂窝感染，经清创引流恢复，其余效果均满意，下地行走最长时间5个月，最短3周。无皮肤坏死、神经损伤、脂肪栓塞、下肢静脉血栓形成、骨不愈合等并发症。结论根据骨折分型和患者的具体情况，选择适当的手术入路和内固定，能减少卧床时间，有利于功能锻炼，从而取得良好的疗效。
