| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定川射干中鸢尾黄酮苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamond ODS C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%醋酸溶液(3∶7),检测波长为265nm,流速为0.8mL·min-1。结果:鸢尾黄酮苷进样量在0.0792~0.3960μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系;平均回收率为99.80%,RSD=1.09%(n=6)。结论:本方法灵敏、简便、准确,可用于川射干的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To determine the content of Tectoridin in Rhizoma Iridis Tectori by HPLC. METHODS： The chromatographic separation was performed on Diamond ODS Cla column（150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） with mobile phase consisted of MeOH- 0.5% acetic acid（3 ： 7） at a flow rate of 0.8 mL · min ^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 265 nm .RESULTS： Good linear relationship was achieved over the concentration range of 0.079 2～0.396 0 big for tectoridin with an average recovery of 99.80% （RSD = 1.09%, n = 6） . CONCLUSION： The method is sensitive, simple and accurate, and it can be used for the quality control of Rhizoma Iridis Tectori. |
