老年呼吸内科医院感染相关因素分析及预防决策

[目的]探讨老年呼吸内科医院感染危险因素,感染途径病原菌及耐药情况.[方法]对我院2000年1月至2005年12月老年呼吸内科982例住院病例进行回顾性研究.[结果]住院时间长、机构通气、肺部疾病和广谱抗生素应用为老年呼吸内科感染危险因素,由痰、血液培养出致病菌,其中革兰阴性菌占85%,革兰阳性菌占14.2%.[结论]医院感染的防治措施是消除传染源,切断传播途径,保护易感人群,达到有效控制医院感染的目的.

STUDY ON ACQUIRED HOSPITAL INFECTION RELATED FACTORS IN ELDERLY PATIENTS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF RESPIRATORY MEDICINE AND THE CLINICAL PREVENTIVE MEASURES

[Objective]To explore the risk factors of acquired hospital infection in elderly patients in the department of respiratory medicine,and the infection routes as well as the pathogens and the drug resistance.[Methods]A retrospective study was performed on 982 elderly patients in the department of respiratory medicine in our hospital from January,2000 to December,2005.[Results]The risk factors of acquired hospital infection in elderly patients in department of respiratory medicine were long-time hospitalization,use of mechanical ventilation,pulmonary diseases and the administration of broad-spectrum antibiotic. Sputum and bolld were cultured for the pathogens,among which Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 85% and Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 14.2%.[Conclusion]The preventive measures of hospital infection include eliminating infection sources,cutting off infection routes and protecting susceptible people in order to achieve the purpose of effectively controlling hospital infection in elderly patients in the department of respiratory medicine.
