| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨儿童哮喘控制测试(Children Asthma Control Test,C-ACT)在儿童支气管哮喘管理中的作用。方法:选择2010年5月～2011年2月呼吸专科门诊就诊的初诊哮喘患儿50例,其中男23例,女27例;年龄5～11岁,平均(7.8±2.1)岁。于治疗前、治疗后1个月、3个月时进行肺功能检测,测定PEF%、FEV1%,并同时填写C-ACT。观察入选时和治疗1个月时、3个月结束时的C-ACT评分和肺功能的变化。结果:在治疗后1个月及3个月时,C-ACT评分及PEF%、FEV1%较治疗前均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。治疗后1个月时哮喘患儿完全控制28例(56%);治疗后3个月时,哮喘患儿完全控制42例(84%)。C-ACT评分与肺功能检查指标PEF%、FEV1%具有良好的相关性。结论:C-ACT评分具有简便、安全、有效的特点,值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application of Children Asthma Control Test（C-ACT） in the management of children with asthma.Method Total 50 asthmatic children were enrolled in the C-ACT trail,and C-ACT was performed once a month for 3 months.C-ACT value,PEF% and FEV1% were measured pre-treatment and 1 month and 3 months after treatment.Results The symptoms were controlled in 56% after 1 month and in 84% after 3 months.C-ACT scores,PEF% and FEV1% at post-treatment for 1 month and 3 months were significantly improved compared with pre-treatment.The differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.C-ACT values were correlated with lung function test results.Conclusion C-ACT scores with a simple,safe and effective feature,it is worth promoting. |
