护理本科生健康教育知识和能力的调查研究

摘    要:目的了解护理本科生健康教育知识和能力现状,分析存在问题,提出相应的对策以提高护理本科生健康教育能力。方法采用自行设计的问卷对381名进入临床实习的护理本科生健康教育认知情况、影响健康教育因素和临床实施健康教育情况等方面进行调查;所得数据采用SPSS12.0进行处理,并计算百分比。结果98.75%的护理本科生能够正确认识健康教育在护理工作中的重要性。但学校及实习医院对护理本科生健康教育能力培养重视度不够,缺乏系统的健康教育知识和能力的培训;临床带教教师健康教育能力也存在不足;仅15.59%的护生独立开展过健康教育。结论学校和实习医院应强化护理本科生健康教育意识,加强师资队伍建设,增设健康教育的相关课程,培养护生健康教育的技巧。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the current status of health education among nursing un- dergraduates, to analyze the existing problems and to bring up corresponding strategies for improving the health education ability for nursing undergraduates. Methods Totally 381 nursing undergraduates were recruited and investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Aspects of students' cognition of health education, influerLcing factors of health education and the implementation of health education in clinic were investigated. Data were processed using SPSS 12.0 and percentages were calculated. Re- suits 98.75% students understood the iraportance of heath education in nursing work. However, sys- temic training courses of health education for nursing undergraduates were insufficient in both colleges and hospitals. Meanwhile, clinical teachers' ability of health education was limited. Only 15.59% students provided health education for patients independently. Conclusions Nursing colleges and practicing hospitals should strengthen health education consciousness of nursing undergraduates, en- hance faeuhy construction and should set up related courses to train the health education skills.
