新加黄龙汤加味治疗中风便秘40例疗效观察

目的：观察新加黄龙汤治疗中风后便秘的临床疗效。方法：选取中风便秘患者40例，随机分为两组，每组20例。治疗组采用新加黄龙汤加味治疗，对照组采用果导片治疗，5d为1个疗程，治疗1～2个疗程。结果：治愈率、有效率治疗组分别为40％、90．00％，对照组分别为20％、80％，两组比较，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：新加黄龙汤加味治疗中风后便秘有较好疗效，值得进一步推广。

Efficacy observation on treating 40 cases of apoplexy constipation with modified Xinjia Huanglong decoction

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Xinjia Huanglong decoction on. Methods： 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 20 in each group. The control group was given Phenolphthalein, while the treated group was given Xinjia Huanglong decoction. Results： The cure rate and the total effective rate in the treated group were 40% and 90% respectively, while those in the control group were 20% and 80%, both with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xinjia Huanglong decoction was significantly effective on constipation after apoplexy, worthy of a wide application.
