| 摘 要： | 用各式肺叶袖状切除术治疗肺癌27例,占同期300例次全部切除肺癌的9%,其术后3年生存率为42.8%,5年生存率为33.3%.文中讨论了手术适应症、支气管楔形切除及双袖切除等若干问题.

| Abstract: | Twenty-seven cases of lung cancer underwent sleeve lobectomy in our hospital. The 3-year survial rate was 42.8% and the 5-year survival rate 33.3%. This paper shows that sleeve lobectomy is a good procedure with no operative mortality and few postoperative complications. It is certain that partial pneumonectomy can be avoided or replaced by sleeve lobectomy. Sleeve resection is perhaps a safer procedure than wedge excision. |
