针灸治疗多发性硬化神经源性肠功能障碍23例

目的：观察针灸疗法治疗多发性硬化神经源性肠功能障碍患者的临床疗效。方法：将46例多发性硬化神经源性肠功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各23例进行比较治疗,对照组采用口服乳果糖,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加针灸治疗。结果：两组治疗前后排便时间、粪便性状、排便次数、如厕次数及临床疗效进行比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：针灸治疗能促进多发性硬化神经源性肠功能障碍改善,值得推广应用。

23 Cases of Neurogenic Bowel Dysfunction with Multiple Sclerosis Treated by Acupuncture

Objective： To observe and compare the acupuncture therapy for the treatment of neurogenic bowel dysfunction in patients with multiple sclerosis. Methods： 46 cases of multiple sclerosis patients with neurogenic bladder were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 23 cases in each group to compare the treatment. The control group was with oral lactulose,and the treatment group was on the basis of the therapy in the control group and acupuncture treatment. Results： Before and after treatment,defecation time character of excrement and urine,stool frequency,times of going to the toilet were compared between two groups and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture treatment can improve the neurogenic bowel dysfunction with multiple sclerosis,which is worthy of popularization and application.
