| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针灸配合推拿治疗功能性便秘的疗效。方法：将85例患者随机分为治疗组55例和对照组30例,治疗组采用针灸配合推拿治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。结果：治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为83.64%和96.36%,两组经统计学处理差异明显（P〈0.05〉。结论：针灸配合推拿治疗本病效果明显,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of functional constipation. Methods： 85 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group with 55 cases and a control group with 30 cases. The treatment group was with acupuncture and massage therapy and the control group received medicine therapy. Results： In the treatment group,the significantly effective rate and the total effective rate were 83. 64% and 96. 36% respectively,with a statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of this disease has an obvious effect,and it is worthy of clinical application. |
