电针疗法对卒中后抑郁的临床疗效观察

目的：观察电针疗法对卒中后抑郁的治疗效果。方法：选择卒中后抑郁患者80例随机分为电针组及药物组各40例,电针组给予智三针及电项针治疗,药物组给予口服抗抑郁药治疗,4周后对比两组疗效。结果：治疗前后电针组及药物组神经功能缺损情况、日常生活能力、焦虑状态均明显改善,且电针组与药物组对比,神经功能缺损情况、日常生活能力改善明显（P〈0.01）,焦虑状态改善无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论：电针组与药物组抗抑郁效果相当,电针治疗与基础康复治疗有协同作用。

Electro-acupuncture Therapy for the Post-stroke Depression

Objective： To observe the effect in the electro- acupuncture therapy on post- stroke depression.Methods： 80 patients with post- stroke depression were randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a drug group with 40 patients in each group. Electro- acupuncture group was treated with Zhisanzhen and electrical acupuncture,and the drug group received antidepressants. Compare the effects of two groups after 4 weeks.Results： Compared with the situation before the test,both the electro- acupuncture group and drug group were significantly improved in NIHSS,ADL,HAMD. Compared with the drug group,the effect in the electro- acupuncture group was more obvious on NIHSS and ADL（ P〈0. 01） but equal to HAMD（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Electro- acupuncture and drug groups have almost the same effect on treating anxiety but electro- acupuncture treatment strengthens the basic rehabilitation.
