| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声和X线钼靶联合应用对诊断乳腺癌的临床实用价值。方法选取20例乳腺癌患者和30例良性肿块患者于术前联合运用超声和X线钼靶检查进行诊断,并与手术后病理结果进行对照。结果乳腺癌的超声诊断符合率为84%,钼靶X线的诊断符合率为80%,两者联合运用诊断符合率为92%。结论超声和X线钼靶联合应用能提高乳腺癌的诊断符合率,具有一定临床实用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical application value of ultrasound and molybdenum target (MT) X ray combination in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 20 cases of breast cancer patient and 30 cases benign mass patient were selected with combination detection before operation and the results were compared after pathology diagnosis. Results The coinidence rate was 84% in breast cancer ultrasound diagnosis, 80% in MT X ray and 92% in combination detection. Conclusion The combination detection of ultrasound and MT X ray for breast cancer diagnosis might have high coincidence rate that could be use in clinic. |
