摘    要:目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定双黄连注射液中铅元素的含量.方法:采用微波消解系统消解样品,以石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定双黄连注射液中铅元素的含量。结果:线性范围为0-80μg·L^-1,一次方程相关系数r为0.9990。结论:采用本方法检测双黄连注射液中铅元素的含量,方法灵敏、准确、可靠,时控制注射液中铅元素的含量有实际意义。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a graphite furnace atom absorbance spectrometry (AAS) method for determination of Pb content in Shuanghuanglian injections. Methods: Appling microwave digestion system to deteriorate sample. Use graphite furnace AAS method to determine Pb content. Results: The linear relationship between the absorbance and the concentration of Pb was in the range of 0-80μg·L^-1 (r=0.9989) with detection limit of μg·L^-. Conclusion: This method is found to be sensitive and accurate and was useful in control the content of Pb in Shuanghuanglian injections.
