摘    要:目的运用高效液相色谱法对注射用环磷腺苷葡胺进行含量测定。方法色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(用磷酸调节至pH 2.5)(5∶95),流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长260 nm。结果该方法环磷腺苷浓度在0.010 30.257 5 mg·mL-1的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 9,平均回收率达到99.3%。结论本方法测定注射用环磷腺苷葡胺的含量高效、准确、重现性好。

Abstract:Objective To determine the Meglumine Adenosine Cyclophosphate for Injection by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic column was Agilent TC - C18 (4. 6 mmx 250 mm,5 μm) ;The mobile phase was acetonitrile - water( phos- phoric acid to adjust to pH 2. 5 ) ( 5:95 ) , the flow rate was10 mL . min - 1, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the detec- tion wavelength was 260 nm. Results Adenosine Cyclophosphate concentration range of 0. 010 3- 0. 257 5 mg. mL-1 showed good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient r = 0. 999 9;the average recovery rate was 99. 3%. Conclusion The method for determining the content of Meglumine Adenosine Cyclophosphate for Injection was efficient, accurate and repro- ducible.
