2008~2012年我院抗肿瘤药物使用分析

目的评价抗肿瘤药物在我院的使用情况及趋势。方法对我院2008²012年抗肿瘤药物种类、用药频度、销售金额等进行统计、分析。结果 5间我院抗肿瘤药物的品种数变化不大,只增加了7个品种数,但抗肿瘤药物用药金额增长较快,年均增长37.6%,明显高于全院用药金额平均增长率23.2%。DDDs和金额排序前10位的抗肿瘤药物5年间变动相对较大,其他抗肿瘤药及辅助治疗药的消耗金额占抗肿瘤药物总金额的40%以上,鸦胆子油乳、替吉奥、香菇多糖等用药金额增长较快。结论抗肿瘤药物的使用现状和趋势基本符合肿瘤治疗原则,朝着个体化治疗、高效低毒方向发展,但肿瘤药物治疗的疗效与经济成本等应予以关注。

Usage analysis of antineoplastic drugs in our hospital during 2008~2012

Objective To evaluate the application situation and the developmental trend of antineoplastic drugs in our hospital. Methods Antineoplastic drugs used in our hospital during 2008 - 2012 were analyzed statistically in respect of drug varieties, DDDs and consumption sum. Results The number of varieties of antineoplastic drugs increased by 7 from 2008 to 2012. The consumption sum of antineoplastic drugs increased extraordinary,its average annual incremental rate was 37.6%. The average annual incremental rate of the total amount of drug used in our hospital was 23.2%. Top 10 of DDDs and top lO of consumption sum had taken place some great changes over the five years. The other anticaneer drugs and adju- vant drugs took more than 40% proportion in the consumption sum of antineoplastic drugs. The consumption sum of Yadanz- iyouru Injection, Tijiao Capsule, Lentinan for Injection, etc, had made tremendous growth respectively. Conclusion Current application situation and developmental trend of antineoplastic drugs in our hospital basically corresponded with the princi- ple of the turner chemotherapy. The direction was towards the use of antineoplastic drugs with individualized therapy, high efficiency and low toxicity,but great attention should be paid to the treatment effect of cancer and economic costs.
