低分子肝素治疗不稳定心绞痛的研究

目的 探讨低分子肝素治疗不稳定心绞痛的临床效果。方法 选择同期入院的126例不稳定心绞痛患者，分为对照组和治疗组；对照组68例，口服肠溶阿斯匹林、消心痛、静脉滴注硝酸甘油；治疗组58例在对照组所用药物的基础上，加用低分子肝素钙4100U，每12h皮下注射一次，7d为一疗程。结果 治疗组显效50例，好转8例，总有效率100％；对照组显效30例，好转14例，总有效率64．7％，无效24例(35．3％)。结论 低分子肝素可明显减少急性冠脉综合征死亡和复合心脏事件发生。

Study of Low Molecular Hepatin in Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective explore the clinical effect of low molecular hepatin in treatmeut of unstable angina pectoris.Methods 126 cases are divided into treatment and control group.For control group 68 cases,orally take intestine-dissovable Asprin?Xiaoxin tong,iv nitri glycerin;for treatment group 58 cases,based on the drugs of control group,add low molecular hepatin 4100U,hypodermic injection once every 12 hours,7 days is one treatment course.Results in treatment group,effective 50 cases,better 8 cases,total effective rate 100%,in control group,effective 30 cases,better 14 cases,total effective rate 64.7%,no effect 24cases(35.3%).Conclusion low molecular hepatin can obviously decrease the mortality of acute coronary artery syndrome ard complicated heart incidence.
