abstract — With adenylyl-imidodiphosphate as a specific substrate, adenyl cyclase has been demonstrated at the plasma membranes of all epithelial cells except the ameloblasts in the enamel organ of rat incisors. Hydrolysis of the substrate was found to be stimulated by 10 mM sodium fluoride in the incubation medium. |
