53例胆囊癌手术病人的围术期护理

[目的]探讨胆囊癌病人的围术期护理策略。[方法]回顾性分析2005年8月—2010年8月在我院普外科住院治疗的53例胆囊癌手术病人的临床资料,总结胆囊癌病人的围术期护理经验。[结果]34例胆囊癌病人经过手术后病情好转,15例胆囊癌病人经过手术后病人病情无变化,4例胆囊癌病人因多器官功能衰竭而亡。[结论]对胆囊癌手术病人进行有效的围术期护理,对于保证手术疗效、减少并发症的发生及促进病人康复都具有重要作用。

Perioperative nursing of 53 cases of gallbladder cancer patients undergoing surgical operation

Objective：To probe into the perioperative nursing strategies of gallbladder cancer patients.Methods：Clinical data of 53 cases who were in surgical department of our hospital from August in 2005 to August in 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Then the perioperative nursing experience was summarized for gallbladder cancer patients.Results：The condition of 34 cases of gallbladder cancer patients were improved after surgery,the condition of 15 patients was not changed,4 patients died due to multiple organ failure.Conclusion：The effective perioperative nursing for gallbladder cancer patients plays an important role for ensuring the efficacy of surgery,reduce the incidence of complications and promote patients＇rehabilitation.
