右美托咪定用于小儿扁桃体摘除术的临床观察

目的 观察右美托咪定用于小儿扁桃体摘除术的安全性及有效性.方法 选择60 例年龄 3 ～12 岁行扁桃体摘除术的患儿,随机分为对照组(n ＝30)及右美托咪定组(n ＝30),记录麻醉诱导前后和气 管插管后各时间点的血流动力学变化,并记录术后拔管时间、警觉-镇静评分(OAAS)、术后恶心呕吐及躁动 发生情况.采用成组t 检验和卡方检验进行统计学分析.结果 与对照组相比,右美托咪定组在气管插管 后各时间点心率、血压低于对照组(P <0.05),两组患儿拔管时间、OAAS 评分差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),右美托咪定组术后恶心、呕吐和躁动发生率较对照组低(P <0.05).结论 右美托咪定可有效抑制由于气 管插管导致的血流动力学异常,且术后恶心、呕吐和躁动发生减少.

The clinical research of dexmedetomidine used in tonsillectomy of children

Objective To investigate the safety and effectivity of dexmedetomidine used in tonsillectomy of children.Methods 60 children undergoing tonsillectomy were randomly divided into two groups：the control group（n=30）and the dexmedetomidine group（n=30）.Heart rate and blood pressure were recorded during induction anaesthesia and after intubation.The extubation time,OAAS scores were recorded,nausea,vomiting,agitation after surgery were observed.The data of two groups were analysed statistically by t-test and χ2 test.Results The heart rate and blood pressure of dexmedetomidine group were lower than control group after intubation（P〈0.05）.The extubation time and OAAS scores were similar for two groups（P〈0.05）.The incidence of agitation and incidence of nausea and vomiting of dexmedetomidine group after surgery were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Dexmedetomidine can inhibit the abnormal hemodynamics caused by intubation,and decreased the incidence of agitation and incidence of nausea and vomiting.
