| 摘 要： | 从1978年6月至1990年6月采用5种骨延长术式康复儿麻短肢畸形450例,效果满意。文中着重讨论不同延长术式的优缺点与临床选择原则,并强调应重视对并发症的防治与加强术后早期功炼及康复医疗。

| Abstract: | From June. 1978 to June 1990, the authors used five lengthening model to treat 450 patients whose lower limbs were discrepancy. The result was satisfactory. First, the paper introduced some clinical materials, then it discussed the different advantages and disadvantages of these operation and their selection principles. The authors emphasized that prevention and treatment of the complication of these operations should be paid attention to, and the functional and rehabilitation treatment after operation should be carried out early. |
