腹腔镜、结肠镜联合手术治疗结肠息肉25例报告

目的:探讨腹腔镜、结肠镜联合治疗结肠息肉的安全性和可行性。方法:为25例无法用结肠镜切除的结肠息肉患者联合应用腹腔镜、结肠镜治疗。结果:25例患者均顺利完成手术,无中转开腹。手术时间40~150min,平均(70±15.62)min;术中出血10~40ml,平均(30±2.34)ml;肠功能恢复时间20~30h,平均(28±2.66)h;住院5~8d,平均(7±0.95)d。术后无并发症发生。随访8~14个月未见复发。结论:应用腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗结肠镜无法切除的结肠息肉,提高了手术的安全性和彻底性。

Laparoscopic combined with colonoscopic operation in treatment of patients with colonic polyps:with a report of 25 cases

Objective:To explore the safety and feasibility of laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy in treatment of colonic polyps.Methods:Twenty-five patients with colonoscopically unresectable colonic polyps were treated by laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy.Results:Twenty-five cases were operated successfully,without conversions to open surgery.The mean operative time was(70±15.62)min(range 40-150min),mean intraoperative blood loss was(30±2.34)ml(range 10-40ml),mean recovery time of intestinal function was(28±2.66)h(range 20-30h),and mean hospital stay was(7±0.95)d(range 5-8d).In the follow-up of 8-14 months,no recurrence was found.Conclusions:Colonoscopy combined with laparoscopy is available to patients with colonoscopically unresectable colonic polyps,and improves operative safety and thoroughness.
