阿奇霉素配伍干扰素治疗女性生殖道支原体衣原体感染的疗效观察

目的 探讨女性生殖道支原体、衣原体感染治疗的最佳方法.方法 将120例患者随机分为治疗组(56例)和对照组(64例).治疗组每天静脉点滴乳酸阿奇霉素,7天为1个疗程,同时干扰素栓阴道给药,隔日1次,7次为1个疗程.对照组静脉用药同治疗组.结果 对照组有效率75.0%,治疗组有效率达89.3%,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 阿奇霉素配伍干扰素栓治疗女性生殖器道支原体、衣原体感染优于单一静脉用药.

The Curative Effect Observation of Azithromycin United Interferon Treatment for Infections of Mycoplasmas and Chlamydial in Female Genital Organ

Objective To study the best method of treament for infections of mycoplasmas in female genital organ. Methods 120 patient were divided into the treatment group (56 patients) and the control group (64 patients).The treatment group received azithromycin by intravenous infusion every day seven times, and interferon plug administration per vagina every other day for seven times.The control group only received azithromycin IV everyday for seven day. Results Total effective rate was 89.3% in the treatment group and 75.0% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant in the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin united interferon plugs treatment for infections of mycoplasmas chlamydial in female genital organ was better than single intravenous infusion.
