骶管注射配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

目的评价骶管注射配合牵引理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效和安全性。方法将136例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组、对照组，每组各68例。治疗组给予骶管注射、腰椎牵引及理疗，对照组仅给予腰椎牵引和理疗。结果对总体疗效而言，意向性分析（intention—to—treat，ITT）结果显示两组总有效率分别为89．70％、77．94％，方案数据分析（per-protocol population，PP）结果显示两组总有效率分别为93．76％、85．00％，疗效差异均有统计学意义，P〈0．05，治疗组具有临床上的优效性，P〈0．05。ITT分析与PP分析结果一致。结论 骶管注射配合牵引理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症操作简单、疗效肯定、安全性高，值得在临床上推广应用。

Clinical observation of sacral injection combined with traction physiotherapy for treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of sacral injection combined with traction physiotherapy for treatment th lumbar disc herniation.Methods 136 pa-tients of lumbar disc heniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,68 patients in each group.The treatment group were treated with sacral injection combined with traction physiotherapy,and control group with single traction and physio-therapy.30 days later,their therapeutic effects were observed.Results All the results were analyzed on the basis of intention-to-treat(ITT) and per -protocol population(PP),the total effective rate were 89.70% or 93.76% in the treatment group and 77.94% or 85.00% in the control group.There with a significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05.ITTand PP analysis revealed similar results.No adverse effect was found in the observation.Conclusion Efficacy and safety of sacral injection com-bined with traction physiotherapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation are simple and convincible safe.It is worth to poputarize in clinie.
