心脏移植术后排斥反应的诊断和治疗

目的 探讨心脏移植的术后排斥反应的诊断和治疗.方法 总结分析9例心脏移植的术后病人的临床症状、实验室检验、影像学检查、心肌活检和抗排斥药物血浓度之间的相互关系,总结排异反应的诊断方法和治疗方法.结果 本组病人出现不同程度急性排斥反应4例,其中死亡1例;慢性排斥反应1例.结论 术后精神状况、食欲变化、心率、淋巴细胞的计数、超声心动图、抗排斥药物血浓度的综合分析能较早地发现急性排斥反应;在环孢素A 骁悉 强的松的治疗基础上加用甲基强的松龙能有效的控制急性排斥反应.

Diagnosis and Therapy of Rejection after Heart Transplantation

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and therapy of rejection after heart transplantation. Methods Valuing and analyzing the clinical symptoms, lab examinations, imaging examinations, myocardial biopsy and relationship of blood concentration among anti-rejection drugs in 9 cases after heart transplantation,so as to summarize the diagnosis and therapy methods of rejectionR.esults Acute rejection occurred in 4 patients and 1 patient of them died. Chronic rejection was found in 1 patient. Conclusions By comprehensive analyzing of mental statu,sappetite,heart rate, lymphocyte counts, UCG and concentration of anti-rejection drug,swe can find out acute rejection early, Methylprednisolone combined with Ciclosporin A, Cellcept and Prednisone can effectively control the acute rejection.
