| 菊花、野菊花中的总糖含量测定 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：检测不同菊花中多糖的含量。方法：在硫酸-苯酚显色后，用分光光度计测定491nm波长处吸光度，计算不同菊花中多糖的含量。结果：野菊、一般菊、贡菊、杭菊、七彩菊多糖含量平均值分别为19．03％、18．68％、22．67％、45．52％、19．57％。结论：菊花和野菊花中，杭菊的多糖含量最高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To assay the content of polycose in different species of chrysanthemi flos. Method： Do coloration with vitriol-C6H5 OH phenol. Then detect ahsorbance at wavelength 491nm with spectrophotometer. At last calculate the content of polyeose in different chrysanthemi flos. Result： The mean values of polycose contents in Chrysanthemum indicum L., general chrysanthemum, gong-chrysanthemum, hang-chrysanthemum, sevencolored chrysanthemum were 19.03% , 18.68%, 22.67% , 45.52% and 19.57% respectively. Conclusion： Hang-chrysanthemum has the most content of polycose in various chrysanthemi flos. |
