肥厚型心肌病酒精消融前后心功能改变研究

目的观察酒精消融前后肥厚型心肌病患者心功能的变化情况。方法选取肥厚型心肌病患者48例,随机分为两组,分别采用药物治疗和酒精消融治疗,观察患者心功能的变化情况和不良反应。结果实验组经酒精治疗后,心功能明显改善,Ⅱ＋Ⅲ级患者的构成比为95.83%,高于对照组的83.33%（P〈0.05）,射血分数改善（LVEF）也高于对照组。结论化学性消融对于肥厚型心肌病的治疗效果确切。

The Analysis of the cardiac function changes around the employment of the alcohol septal ablation in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

Objective To observe the changes of cardiac function around the employment of alcohol septal ablation in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Methods Select 48 hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients, we divided the patients into 2 groups received drug therapy and alcohol septal ablation respectively, then we observe the changes of cardiac function. Result In the group experiment, when use the alcohol septal ablation, the cardiac function improved obviously, level of Ⅱ ＋Ⅲ occupied 95.83%, it＇s higher than group control（83.33%）（P〈0.05）, LVEF in group experiment reduced more obviously than group control. Conclusion The effect of alcohol septal ablation is goo.
