高压氧对大鼠脊髓损伤后脂质氧化过程的影响

摘    要:目的观察大鼠脊髓损伤后高压氧(HBO)对脊髓损伤(SCI)又氧自由基引起的脂质氧化过程和功能的影响,探讨高压氧对脊髓继发性损伤的保护作用。方法SD大鼠30只随机分为3组,一组椎板切除不损伤脊髓,另两组采用改良Allen法制备大鼠SCI模型,一组术后两小时内进行高压氧治疗,治疗时间共90分钟,1天1次,连续进行5天;另一组不进行任何处理。分别于术后第2、5天尾静脉取血,测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)。结果高压氧组与非高压氧组相比较,高压氧组血清中SOD升高(P〈0.01),MDA降低(P〈0.01),与假手术组相比,SOD和MDA变化不明显,无统计学意义(P〉0.01)。结论高压氧具有抗氧化、清除自由基功能,能有效抑制SCI受损引起脂质过氧化反应,对SCI具有保护和治疗作用,并能促进神经功能的恢复。
