吐温-80对果蝇急性毒性及寿命的影响

目的 观察吐温-80对果蝇急性毒性及寿命的影响。方法 急性毒性试验取2d龄果蝇分为4组,分别给予0、0.04%、1%、25%吐温-80溶液连续喂饲3d,记录3d累计死亡数,计算半数致死浓度(LC50);生存试验取4d龄果蝇分为5组,给予含0、0.07%、0.20%、0.60%、1.80%吐温-80的培养基喂饲,每2d记录果蝇存活数,计算平均寿命和平均最高寿命。结果 雌蝇LC50为1.70%,雄蝇LC50为0.54%,急性毒性试验中雄性果蝇的死亡率与吐温-80浓度呈正相关(P<0.01),生存试验中各浓度组与对照组比较平均寿命均见到缩短。结论 吐温-80对果蝇存在急性毒性与缩短寿命作用。

Effects of Tween-80 on Drosophila Melanogaster Acute Toxicity and Life Span

Objective To observe the effects of tween-80 on Drosophila the acute toxicity and life span. Methods 400 Drosophila of 2 days old were random allocated into 4 groups, which were given 0% ,0.04% , 1% ,25% tween-80 solu-tion, respectively, for 3 days for acute toxicity test. The numbers of dead drosophila were observed every day and then median lethal concentrations (LC50) were calculated. Drosophila of 4 days old were random allocated into 5 groups, which were given 0 % , 0.07 % , 0.20 % , 0.60 % , 1. 80 % tween-80 culture medium, respectively, for life span test. Every group included 150 female and male Drosophila,respectively. The numbers of living drosophila were observed per 2 days. Mean of life span and mean of maximum life span were calculated. Results LC50 of female Drosophila was 1. 70% ,male Drosophila was 0.54% .The relationship between mortality and tween-80 concentration was positive correlation in male Drosophila in acute toxicity test(P<0.01). Mean of life span and mean of maximum life span were shorten in every ex-perimental group compared with control group. Conclusion Tween-80 exists acute toxicity and life span shorten affect for diosophila.
