| 摘 要： | 对２４名献血员进行血液流变学检查，发现同性别献血员的全血粘度、全血还原粘度和红细胞聚集指数均低于正常人；血沉和纤维蛋白原高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０５）。同时发现，献血员血液流变性有性别差异，即男性的全血粘度、全血还原粘度高于女性，而血沉和Ｋ值则低于女性（Ｐ＜０．０５），与正常人相仿。综合分析认为选择献血员作为正常对照时应谨慎 |

| Abstract: | he hemorheological indexes of 24 cases of blood doners were examined. Results showed that the blood viscosity, reduced blood viscosity and fibrinogen of the blood doners are lower than normals in same sex and the differences being remarkable ( P < 0.05 ). Meanwhile, there are difference in hemorhological indexes of blood doners between the meals and the feameals were discovered, the blood viscosity of the meals is greater and the ESR and K value are lower than the feameals. The difference is same in the normals between the sexes. It suggested: If select the blood doners as the normal contrast should be carefully. |
