下肢血管疾病的血液流变性分析与脉络宁的疗效观察

分析３５例下肢静脉血栓形成和１５例血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者血液流变性变化及应用中药脉络宁对血液流变性的影响。结果表明：下肢血管性疾病的血液粘稠度显著高于健康人（Ｐ＜０．０１），静脉血栓形成患者的血液同时处于高凝状态。应用脉络宁后血液流变性获得改善，其程度与临床症状及体征呈正比关系。同时认为血液的高粘、高凝状态是发病的一个重要因素，又是导致下肢微循环障碍而引起久治不愈的重要原因之一。

Hemorheological change of 35 cases lower limb venousthrombosis and 15 cases thromboangititis and the effect on hemorheology by applying traditional Chinese medicine Mai Luo Ning were observed. The results showed that blood viscosity of lower limb vascular diseases were muchhigher than that of all normal persons ( P < 0.01 ), as well, in a state of higher coagulation for the blood of venousthrombosis patients, the hemorheology after traditional Chinese medicine Mai Luo Ning used were improved, very significantly and positively correlated with degree of improvement and clinical symptom and sign. It consider that high viscosity, high coagulation state of the blood is an important factor for suffering from lower limb vascular diseases, and the main reason caused dysmicrocirculation of lower limb, which prolonged the treatment and even unhealed of lower limb vascular disease.
