| 摘 要： | 观察32例颈动脉硬化斑块患者的球结膜微循环,并与20例颈动脉正常健康者进行对照比较,结果:斑块组微血管数目、缺血区、粒缓流和红细胞聚集重度均比健康组明显增高(P<0.01)。提示:颈动脉硬化斑块在球结膜微循环上改变的程度与动脉硬化斑块发生的部位、斑块大小和管腔狭窄程度有直接关系。 |

Observation on Bulbar Conjunctival Microcirculation in 32 Patients with Carotid Arterial Atherosclerosis Maculae |

| Abstract: | 32 cases of bulbar conjunctival microcirculation in patients with carotid arterial atharosclerosis maculae were observed and compared with that in 20 normal volunteers. Result showed that the mierovascular number, ischemie region, granular bradyflow and severity of erythrocyte agglutination of maeulae group were significantly higher(P<0.01) than those of normal group. It suggest that the formation of carotid arterial atherosclerosis maculae on bulbar conjunctival microcirculation relative directly with the location of atheroselerosis maculae. maculae sizes and striction of lumen. |
