超声对胰腺结核的诊断价值

目的 探讨二维超声在胰腺结核诊断中的价值。方法 对经病理和临床证实的13例胰腺结核的声像图、病理及临床资料进行回顾性对比分析。结果 本组病例术前超声诊断率23．1％，误诊率76．9％。根据声像图表现可分为：弥漫型（2例）、局灶型（8例）、钙化型（3例）。结论 弥漫型可能是粟粒性胰腺结核的声像图特点，局灶型可以反映干酪性胰腺结核的声像图特点，但两者均缺乏定性诊断的特异性，钙化型结合结核史有诊断价值。

The value of ultrasonography in diagnosing of pancreatic tuberculosis

Objective To evaluate the value of two dimensional ultrasonography in diagnosing pancreatic tuberculosis (PTB). Methods A comparative analysis was carried retrospectively on sonograms, pathological and clinical data of 13 PTB cases, confirmed by pathology and clinic.Results The pre operative diagnosis rate of PTB by ultrasonography in the study was 23.1 % ,the mistaken rate was 76.9 %. The sonogram features were divided into three types: diffusive type (2 cases), focal type (8 cases) and calcification type (3 cases). Conclusions Sonograms of diffusive type may probably be characters of miliary PTB, and focal type can reflect characters of caseation PTB, but as to qualitative diagnosis,both were lack of specificity. The calcification type combined with tuberculosis history was valuable.
