| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A治疗泛发性寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法：将2011年1月～2013年1月我院收治的184例泛发性寻常型银屑病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：观察组92例泛发性寻常型银屑病患者，经复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A治疗，总有效率为89.13%，明显高于对照组，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A治疗泛发性寻常型银屑病的临床疗效确切，不良反应少，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizic acid glucoside combined with acitretin A treating generalized psoriasis vulgaris. Methods:the clinical data of 184 patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: in the observation group of 92 patients with generalized psoriasis vulgaris patients, the compound glycyrrhizic acid glucoside combined with acitretin in the treatment of, the total efficiency was 89.13%, significantly higher than that of the control group, by comparison, P<0.05, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion:Compound glycyrrhizic acid glucoside combined with acitretin treatment a pan hair psoriasis vulgaris clinical curative effect is exact, adverse reactions of small, it is worthy of popularization and application. |
