| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜技术诊治脾外伤的手术技巧与临床效果.方法:回顾分析2010年4月至2012年4月为32例脾外伤患者行腹腔镜手术的临床资料.结果:29例顺利完成腹腔镜手术,3例因损伤脾门血管导致术中出血过多及时中转开腹.手术时间平均(75±26) min,平均住院(7.3±1.8)d,无手术并发症及死亡病例.结论:只要掌握手术指征,治疗团队具有丰富的开放脾外伤手术经验及娴熟的腹腔镜手术技巧,注重手术操作细节,即可迅速、安全地完成腹腔镜手术.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the surgical technique and clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the management of splenic trauma.Methods:The clinical data of 32 cases of splenic trauma who underwent laparoscopic surgery from Apr.2010 to Apr.2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Laparoscopic surgery was completed eventfully in 29 cases,laparotomy was converted to in 3 cases due to the trauma of vessels of the splenic hilum and hemorrhoea.The mean operative time was(75±26) min,and the mean hospital stay was(7.3±1.8) d.No complications or death occurred.Conclusions:Laparoscopic surgery could be promptly and safely completed so long as to master the indications,to have rich experiences of open splenectomy and skilled laparoscopic techniques. |
