鸡血藤动态逆流连续循环提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:以乙醇为熔媒对鸡血藤药材进行提取工艺的研究。方法:用动态逆流连续循环的方法,选用11(3^4)正交表,以测定固含物的量为指标,对提取工艺进行优选,对优选出的工艺以鸡血藤醇的含量为指标,用高效液相法对药材的提取率和有效成分的转移率进行考察,并对新旧工艺进行对比。结果:乙醇的用量比回流工艺下降1倍以上,有效成分的转移率达84%以上。结论:该设备适用于中药以乙醇为溶剂提取中药的有效部分,高效、节能。

Abstract:Objective: To study the extraction preparation process of the crude drug Caulis spatholobi, using ethanol as the extraction solvent. Methods: Applying the countercurrent continued technique, using the L 9(34) orthogonal layout to optimize the preparation process as guided by the content of solid. After the optimize process was achieved, the extraction rate and the transfer rate of the effective components were tested by HPLC, using milletol as its marker and also the new preparation process was compared with the reflex process. Results: The transfer rate reached 84% or above, and the amount of the ethanol used was reduced by a half. Conclusion: The equipment is suitable for extracting the effective ingredients of crude drugs of ethanol used as extraction solvent, it is highly effective and can save energy sources alike.
