| 摘 要： | 目的观察纤维蛋白封闭剂(FS)在拔牙创中的应用效果。方法对实验组(FS)32例和对照组40例进行对比研究。结果两组病例基本资料接近,术后3天,实验组与对照组比较,术后平均出血时间、肉芽组织形成差异有统计学意义,术后1周,肉芽组织形成及干槽症发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而牙槽骨重建、上皮覆盖等方面差异无统计学意义,术后2周和4周牙槽骨重建、上皮覆盖等方面亦差异无统计学意义。结论纤维蛋白封闭剂(FS)在拔牙创愈合的早期可以起到减少出血、促进愈合的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To observation the effects of Fibrin Sealing(FS) on the extraction wound.Methods 32 cases of experiment group and 40 cases of control group were studied by contrast.Results The basic data was similar in the two groups 3 days after surgery,the mean bleeding time and the form of granulation tissue showed more significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),1 week after surgery the form of granulation tissue and the occur of dry socket showed more significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),but the rebuild of alveolar bone and cover of epithelia showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05) 1 week,2 weeks and 4weeks after surgery.Conclusion Applying FS can reduce bleeding and make extraction wound cured better in early stage. |
