| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨非小细胞肺癌中CD44v6的表达及其临床意义.方法 应用免疫组化法对72例非小细胞肺癌组织进行CD44v6检测.结果 CD44v6阳性染色定位于肺癌细胞质,阳性表达率为68%,其表达强度与非小细胞肺癌的组织学分级、淋巴结转移及临床分期呈显著相关(P均＜0.01),鳞癌CD44v6的表达率与腺癌有差异性(P＜0.05), CD44v6的表达强度与病人的年龄、性别均无关(P均＞0.05).结论 CD44v6在非小细胞肺癌的发生发展过程中有一定的作用,检测CD44v6可能成为判定非小细胞肺癌恶性程度、评估其侵袭性及转移性的重要指标. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship of the expression and significance of CD44v6 in non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)tissue.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CD44v6 in 72 cases of NSCLC.Results CD44v6 expressed in cytoplasm,the positive rate of CD44v6 was 68%.The expressive intensity of CD44v6 was significantly correlated with tissue grades,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC(P<0.01).It is showed that the expression of CD44v6 in SCC differently with ... |
