| 摘 要： | 目的:应用示指背侧岛状瓣修复拇指指腹严重损伤,改进皮瓣切取方法提高皮瓣成活率。方法:共12例患者切取第1掌背动脉为蒂的示指背侧岛状瓣,术中形成宽阔的筋膜蒂,保证皮瓣血运。结果:12例皮瓣完全成活,皮瓣质地外形满意,示指无功能障碍。结论:示指背侧岛状瓣是修复拇指腹严重损伤的治疗首选。

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the elevated methods of dorsal island flap of index finger and increase the flap survival through application in thumb pulp serious injury.Methods: Dorsal island flap of index finger based on first dorsal metacarpal artery were elevated in 12 patients.To ensure the flap blood supply,Broad fascia pedicle was shaped.Results: 12 flaps survived completely.Texture and appearance of the flap was good and no dysfunction was seen in the index finger.Conclusion: The index finger dorsal island f... |
