| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹部术后近期再手术的原因和预防措施。方法:对2004年8月~2009年5月腹部手术后因各种原因再次手术的23例病例进行回顾性分析,总结再手术的原因及处理方法。分析腹部近期再手术的原因及预防措施。结果:腹部近期再手术率为1.14%。23例再手术病人中出现切口感染4例(17.4%),应激性溃疡2例(8.7%),失血性休克伴呼衰1例(4.3%)。治愈22例(95.7%),死亡1例。结论:腹部再手术病情复杂,手术难度增加,但只要把握好手术时机,做好充分的术前准备,制定具体、有效的治疗方案,加强并发症防治及术后综合治疗,仍可提高腹部再手术的安全性及术后疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the causes and prevention of recent re-operation for abdominal procedure.Methods :We collected 23 cases of reoperation who were been abdominal surgery from August 2004 to May 2009 and analyzed retrospectively.We summarized the reasons for re-operation and treatment and analyzed the recent re-operation causes and preventive measures.Results:The rate of abdominal re-operation was 1.14%.There were 4 cases(17.4%) with wound infection,2 cases(8.7%) with stress ulcer,1 case(4.3%)with hemorrh... |
