动态辨证法在《伤寒论》中的应用

根据疾病的动态变化去辨证分析,把握其发展趋势,并指导治疗的辨证分析方法称为动态辨证法。《伤寒论》在运用六经辨证辨治六经病证的过程中,始终注意运用动态的思维方法去观察六经病证的病情变化,通过分析邪正消长及病理演变过程,明确病机性质,准确的把握疾病。本文从判断疾病的传变、病势转归及预后,分析疾病的演变规律及病因病机等五方面,对动态辨证法在《伤寒论》中的应用及意义作了归纳探讨。

Application of Dynamic Syndrome Differentiation in Shang Han Lun

Dynamic syndrome differentiation means the method to to analyze the syndrome and manage the development tendency for the guidance of treatment based on syndrome differentiation according to the dynamic changes of diseases. In the process of application of the six-meridian syndrome differentiation, Shan g Han Lun always emphasizes dynamic observation of changes of six-meridian disea ses, and determines the nature of diseases to deal with the diseases by analyzin g the waning and waxing of pathogenic qi and healthy qi and the pathological cha nges. This paper summarizes the application of dynamic syndrome differentiation in Shang Han Lun by judging the transmission, changes and prognosis of diseases, analyzes the evolution laws, pathogens and pathogenesis of diseases.
