穴位针刺、艾灸与超声对实验性胃痛大鼠痛阈的影响

本实验旨在考察穴位超声针灸与普通毫针、艾灸疗法的疗效关系。我们以不同疗法对实验性胃痛大鼠的痛(?)进行了研究,实验设超声针灸组、针刺组、艾灸组和空白对照组,治疗穴位为“足三里”。结果显示:超声针灸组、针刺组、艾灸组在治疗期均可明显提高大鼠痛阀,与空白对照组相比,具有显著或非常显著的差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),三组之间相比,则没有显著性差异,但超声针灸组较之针刺组和艾灸组具有更好的镇痛后效应,且超声针灸疗法无痛无创,使用方便,值得推广。

THE EFFECTS OF THE THRESHOLD OF PAIN OF THE EXPERIMENTAL MICE WITH STAMACHACHE BY ACUPUNCTURE MOXIBUSTION AND ULTRASONIC AT THE POINT

The purpose of this study is to compare the relationship of ultrasonic acupuncture common acupuncture and moxibustion. Different treatments for the threshold of pain of the experimental mice with stamachache were studied. The test divided into four groups: ultrasonic acupuncture group acupuncture group moxibustion group and contrast group. The needling point is Zu Sanli. The results showed that three treatment groups might mcrease the level of the threshold of pain compared with the contrast group (P<0.05 of P<0. 01), no significance showed within three groups however ultrasonic acupuncture group had better post-analgesia effect, which no pain and trauma, and used easy. so it's wotrh spreading.
