腹腔镜手术与腹式手术治疗子宫内膜癌Ⅰ～Ⅱ期患者的临床疗效分析

目的比较腹腔镜手术与腹式手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌的临床效果。方法回顾分析了自2004至2006年间我院行腹腔镜手术治疗的20例早期子宫内膜癌患者的临床资料,同时以传统腹式手术治疗的64例早期子宫内膜癌患者的临床资料作为对照。结果两组手术时间、出血量、淋巴结切除数目、术后合并症及复发率比较差异无显著性。而腹腔镜组在术后胃肠恢复时间、住院时间明显低于开腹组,且术后切口并发症少。结论腹腔镜治疗子宫内膜癌不影响预后。在围手术期并发症上,腹腔镜手术术后恢复更快,缩短了住院时间。

Comparison of the results of surgical treatment using laparoscopy and laparotomy in patients with stage-Ⅰ and Ⅱ endometrial cancer

Objective To compare the results of surgical treatment of endometrial cancer with the use of laparoscopy and the traditional approach of laparotomy.Methods A total of 20 patients with endometrial cancer were treated with laparoscopic radical hysterectomy from 2004 to 2006 in our institution.Their clinical data were reviewed retrospectively and compared with those of 64 similar patients treated with traditional laparotomy.Results There was no significant difference between the laparoscopy group and the laparotomy group in the average operation time,intra-operative bleeding,the number of lymph nodes removed,postoperative complications and replase,while the gastroenteral recovery time after operation and hospital stay in the laparoscopy group were significantly shorter than those in the laparotomy group,and there were less incision-site complications in the laparoscopy group after operation.Conclusions Laparoscopic management in endometrial cancer does not worsen the prognosis.The postoperative recovery is quicker and hospital stay is shorter in the patients treated with laparoscopic operation.
