| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(PKRP)后发生尿道狭窄的原因及防治措施。方法回顾性分析行PKRP的863例患者的临床资料及术后随访资料。结果863例患者中发生尿道狭窄37例,发生率为4.29%;尿道外口狭窄14例,反复尿扩后症状消失;尿道球部狭窄2例,经尿道冷刀切开后梗阻解除,其中1例再次复发尿道闭锁后行开放成行术,术后定期扩张尿道2年后排尿通畅;前列腺尖部狭窄11例,膀胱颈部挛缩狭窄10例,重新给予电切治疗后治愈。结论尿道狭窄为PKRP术后常见的并发症之一,积极消除术前、术中、术后尿道狭窄的危险因素可有效防治PKRP术后尿道狭窄。
