慢性心力衰竭并发肾功能不全72例临床分析

目的观察分析慢性心力衰竭并发肾功能不全住院患者的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析本院2006年1月至20091年12月间收治的72例慢性心力衰竭并发肾功能不全住院患者，对其进行心功能分级，取Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级的患者进行分组，分别观察比较其治疗前后各项指标的变化。结果心功能Ⅳ级并发肾功能不全的患者预后明显比心功能Ⅲ级并发肾功能不全患者差，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论肾功能不全与心力衰竭的预后密切相关，心力衰竭并发肾功能不全患者治疗时要合理选择适当的药物，全面综合性治疗，在药物的应用过程中需要预见可能出现的不良反应，在纠正心力衰竭的同时要积极监测和保护肾功能。

Clinical analysis of chronic heart failure combined with renal deficiency in 72 cases

Objective To observe the clinical effects of treating patients with chronic heart failure combined with renal deficiency. Methods 72 patients with chronic heart failure combined with renal deficiency from Jan, 2006 to Dee, 2009 in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed, cardiac functional grading was applied and patients of grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ were divided into groups, the data before and after treatment was compared. Results The prognosis in the patients of chronic heart failure, cardiac function grading Ⅳ, combined with renal deficiency were significantly worse comparing with those of chronic heart failure, cardiac function grading IV, combined with renal deficiency Ⅲ （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Renal deficiency is closely correlated to the prognosis those with chronic heart failure, proper medication and a synthetic treatment should be considered during the treatment for those patients, the possible adverse reaction should be considered. During the treatment for cardiac failure, the renal function should be monitored and protected.
