| 摘 要： | 目前关于腰椎椎弓根螺钉的钉棒系统在腰椎融合手术中的应用研究成果尚不能反映长期的椎弓根螺钉固定系统的疲劳特性，不能达到与人体完全仿真的程度，而且有些组织的材料性质目前尚不清楚。在研究过程中，人们对脊柱相关软组织的生物力学特性进行线性的简化和处理。一定程度上会对模型的结果产生影响。所以，对于脊柱生物力学性能方面的研究，能为今后的研究设计及应用提供一定的借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | The application of the lumbar vertebral pedicle screw-rod system in lumbar spinal fusion surgery can not reflect the long-term fatigue characteristics of pedicle screw fixation system,and the level of simulation similarity can not completely match with the human body.Currently,some material properties of tissue is not clear.In the process of re- search,the linear simplification and processing of biomechanics characteristic of the spine related soft tissues to some extent affect the outcome of the model.Therefore,the results of the study on biomechanics of the spine can provide some reference designs for future research and application. |
