| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨甲亢平消丸加减治疗甲状腺功能亢进症（甲亢）的临床疗效。方法：将确诊为甲亢的120例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组各60例。对照组采用他巴唑、丙硫氧嘧啶治疗，治疗组给予甲亢平消丸加减治疗。两组均治疗10周后评价疗效。结果：两组有效率比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：甲亢平消丸加减治疗甲亢，在改善临床症状和控制甲状腺激素水平方面疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To investigate Modified Jiakangpingxiao Pills treatment of hyperthyroidism. Methods ： 120 cases of hyperthyroidism patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, each of 60 cases. The control group was treated with tapazole and propyhhiouracil, and the treatment group was given Modified Jiakangpingxiao Pills. Curative effects of the two groups were evaluated 10 weeks after treatment. Results ： Comparison the effective rate of two groups showed that the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Modified Jiakangpingxiao Pills treatment of hyperthyroidism has distinct effect on improvement clinical symptoms and control thyroid hormones levels. |
